Contractors began work on the second phase of construction for the Exposition Light Rain Line

Contractors began work on the second phase of construction for the Exposition Light Rain Line — a 15.2 mile, $2.4 billion rail line that will connect downtown Los Angeles to Culver City. The second phase of the project, projected for completion in 2015, will extend the line from Santa Monica to Culver City.
