Link-Belt

The new Link-Belt TCC-450 is a telescopic-boom crawler crane with a rated capacity of 45 tons. Built in partnership with Link-Belt’s sister company, Hitachi Sumitomo Construction Crane, the TCC-450 is equipped with a four-section box-boom that extends from 33 to 105 feet. This all-hydraulic crane uses two variable-displacement hydraulic pumps to power the load-hoist drums (an auxiliary hoist winch is optional), the boom-hoist cylinder and the travel function. A fixed-displacement gear pump powers the swing motor, and a second such pump powers the machine’s controls. According to Link-Belt, the new crane has a transport weight, complete, of 98,000 pounds.
