LEGO Technic designed a remote-control model of the Volvo L350F wheel loader, which it introduced at Conexpo this year.
Designer Jeppe Juul Jenson traveled to Eskilstuna, Sweden, with the idea. Volvo execs agreed with the idea and offered Jenson not only a tour of the factory where the machine is manufactured, but also an opportunity to operate the 50-ton loader in a rock quarry.
