Billed as the second largest dozer in the world, the 860-hp D475A-5 Super Dozer comes equipped with a 45-cubic-yard full-U blade that has been redesigned for increased visibility and balance. The cab also has been moved forward to facilitate visibility, and the in-cab sound level reduced to 70 dB(A)—12 dB(A) less than its predecessor. It features Komatsu's Palm Command Control System, and has the Vehicle Health Monitoring System with a standard ORBCOMM satellite interface.
