Paladin’s JRB PowerLatch multi pin-grabber coupler has several safety features, including a patented Automatic Blocking Systen.
Paladin’s JRB PowerLatch multi pin-grabber coupler has several safety features, including a patented Automatic Blocking System (ABS) that ensures coupler engagement is maintained during hydraulic failure. Backup mechanical locks on both the front and rear attachment pins are independent of the machine’s hydraulic locking and operating system. The system automatically locks both pins so the coupler remains engaged even if hydraulic failure occurs. Flashing LED warning lights and an audible “stand clear” message alert bystanders when attachments are being switched. Ports connecting the hydraulic hoses to the coupler are located on top of the cylinder.
Doosan has released the wedge lock coupler for use with the company’s 6- to 53-metric-ton crawler excavators.
Geith G3 hydraulic quick coupler features four independent safety components, and the double locking, fully automatic quick coupler configuration complies with the impending safety standards set forth by ISO/FDIS 13031:2013(E).
The JRB Triad 416 Cast Coupler for wheel loaders features a cast design that reduces overall weight by up to 32 percent over an equivalent fabricated coupler, Paladin says.
The JRB Roll-Out wheel loader bucket is designed to clear 13’6” haul trailers and increase the productivity of single-side filling operations such as feed truck loading, recycling centers, and landfill/transfer stations, the company says.
