Paladin’s JRB PowerLatch multi pin-grabber coupler has several safety features, including a patented Automatic Blocking System (ABS) that ensures coupler engagement is maintained during hydraulic failure. Backup mechanical locks on both the front and rear attachment pins are independent of the machine’s hydraulic locking and operating system. The system automatically locks both pins so the coupler remains engaged even if hydraulic failure occurs. Flashing LED warning lights and an audible “stand clear” message alert bystanders when attachments are being switched. Ports connecting the hydraulic hoses to the coupler are located on top of the cylinder.
