Capital improvement projects on the Illinois Tollway will cost $922 million in 2013. This is twice the amount spent on the Tollway in 2012.
Projects will include the start of the $2.2 billion reconstruction of Interstate 90, as well as the beginning of construction of new ramps at the interchange of Interstates 294 and 57.
