Hydraulics have been optimized to improve response time, and the system performs faster and saves fuel by automatically storing hydraulic energy during arm-in and boom-down functions to speed arm-out and boom-up movement without requiring more engine power.

Hyundai's CAPO system offers two operator power mode selections, three work modes and two user-mode choices to tailor machine performance to the job at hand. Equipped with a mass-excavator 23-foot-7-inch boom and 9-foot-8-inch arm, the new R800LC-7A can handle a 5.91-cubic-yard bucket.
