With a larger, redesigned cab featuring computerized displays including onboard diagnostics, the D-Series version of Hydrema's compact 912 articulated dump truck features an electronic speeder in place of the old throttle cable, as well as cruise control. A two-axle ADT with a payload of 22,000 pounds, the 912D is also available in a MultiTip model, featuring side-dump capability. The gearshift, reverser, tipping function and multi-tip function are located in one joystick, integrated in the right armrest. The 912D MultiTip has an optional auto bed return feature which, by a push of a button, allows the operator to focus on driving while the truck turns and lowers the bed automatically.
