Two models mark the first of two waves of Dash-5 excavator introductions—the ZX290LC-5 and ZX870LC-5. Four more will be coming later this summer with additional machines to follow. Features include improved hydraulics, arm digging force, bucket digging force, lift capacity, swing speed, swing torque, hydraulic flow, engine horsepower and drawbar pull. Extended frame houses updated cooling components and Tier 4-I Isuzu engines. Multifunction monitor provides enhanced diagnostic features.
