The company calls its HB-550 Hammerhead II an "impacting device." At a speed of 22 feet per second, the unit fires its 385-pound impact rod every 1.5 seconds. It mounts to skid-steers and to the front of large wheel loaders. The unit fires horizontally with use of swivel attachments and can be hung below the carrier for underground applications.
