Hamm has implemented its oscillation technology into the rear drum of its HD0130V double-drum cmpactor and says it is the largest tandem vibratory roller with that technology. With a drum width of 84 inches, the articulatedvibratory roller, labeled “Ozzi” by Hamm, has an operating weight of 29,277 pounds. Built on the same platform as the HD130HV, it can travel up to 7.5 mph. Operators can access the machine from the left or right, and a 180-degree rotating operator's station has swivel seat and tilt steering wheel to provide visibility to drum surfaces, edges and work areas. Other features: 3.9-inch drum offset either left or right, hydrostatic dual drum drive, and dual-pump water system with all nozzles clearly visible from the seat. Estimated list price: $160,000 to $180,000.
