The 5400 Series paving mold, with a 54-inch finishing width, features a spreader plow—or an optional spreading auger—to spread concrete uniformly across the paving width. The strike-off, independent of the mold, allows crown adjustments and has a vertical height adjustment of 10 inches. Designed for easy assembly, the new mold mounts to the paver with pivoting beams and accepts paving attachments, such as the rear-loading/front-inserting bar inserter.
