The 5400-Series bar inserter, which mounts to the 5400-Series mold via the mold’s accessory T-bar, allows on-the-go crown changes and maintains constant bar depth with placement parallel to the slab surface. The bar-insertion-and-timing process for this rear-loading/front-inserting attachment is controlled by the GOMACO G+ system. The inserter accommodates #3- and #5-diameter bars between 20 and 40 inches long and can insert bars to depths of 7.5 inches.
