Newest in the Gehl skid steer loader range are the 4640E and 5240E Power2 models, both powered by a 68-horsepower, Tier-4-Interim-compliant Yanmar engine, which develops 180 lb.-ft. of torque. With optional counterweights, the new models have rated operating capacities up to 2,900 pounds. When equipped with an optional offset tire package, the new models measure only 59.7 inches wide. The 4640E and 5240E also feature newly designed engine-related components that significantly reduce sound levels for both the operator and the bystander.
