Atlas Copco
According to Atlas Copco, the new HB 7000 hydraulic breaker attachment is not only the largest model in the company's line, but also the largest model in the world. The HB 7000's service weight of more than 13 tons and its capacity to deliver 450 bpm, says the manufacturer, suits the tool for primary and secondary quarry breaking, as well as for demolition, trenching, tunneling and foundation work. The HB 7000 can accept a maximum hydraulic flow of 119 gpm at a system pressure of 2,610 psi.

Lincoln Electric
The new Vantage 300 engine-driven welder/generator is housed in a compact, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel case and has the company's Chopper Technology, which is designed to enhance starts and to provide a smooth arc for general-stick, downhill-pipe, TIG or wire welding. Powered by a four-cylinder, water-cooled Kubota diesel engine, the Vantage 300 provides 300 amps of DC welding output and 12,500 watts of three-phase 240V AC generator power for equipment such as plasma cutters, pumps or inverter welder.

New Holland
Three new crawler dozers in New Holland's DC Series—the DC75, DC85 and DC95—feature hydrostatic drive systems and have horsepower ratings of 75, 84 and 96, respectively. In the cab, adjustable controls allow operators to set their preferences, and the sloping hood enhances visibility to the blade. These new dozers use a sealed-and-lubricated track chain as standard equipment and provide easy-to-use diagnostic panels for hydraulic-pressure and electrical checks.

Mustang
Three new skid-steer loaders—models 2066, 2076 and 2086—have rated operating loads of 2,000, 2,200 and 2,600 pounds, respectively. The 2066 replaces the 2064; the 2076 replaces the 2074; and the 2086 is an addition to the top of the Mustang line. All three machines are fitted with a Cummins engine, and the replacement models have more breakout force, more axle torque and greater lift capacity than their predecessors. All machines use Mustang's new cabin enclosure.

Gehl
Gehl has refined the design of two of its RS-Series rough-terrain telescopic handlers, the RS6 and RS8. Both models are fitted with a redesigned operator's station, which treats the operator to more room and pilot controls. The RS8, rated at 8,000 pounds capacity, is now available with boom lengths of 42 and 44 feet. The RS6 has an increased rated lift capacity—6,600 pounds—and also now has a longer, 42-foot boom.

Loegering
The Versatile Track System (VTS) from Loegering, an ASV company, is a rubber-track undercarriage system designed for bolting to the hubs of skid-steer loaders with wheelbases ranging from 43 to 51.5 inches. VTS can be installed in about an hour, says Loegering, and removed as quickly when wheels are preferred. The system has an independent, bi-directional, torsion-suspension system and typically yields ground pressures of less than 5 psi.
