Earthborne has grown at an annual clip of 35 percent over the past four years. “Doug has taken a business that was primarily a service business and created it to be a leader in construction equipment sales,” says controller John Busillo. “He has done this by building a team built on honesty and integrity.”

Off the clock: Skiing, spending time on or in the water, and spending time with his wife and girls riding their horses.
Favorite vacation: Weekend getaways at their lake house in the Pocono Mountains. “Wakeboarding and going for long wave runner rides all over the lake are a must. At night we sit on the deck, watch the sun set over the mountain, grill and sit by the campfire.” Extracurricular: Produced and performed in Earthborne’s Dancing Digger Show. “We have presented this show, free of charge, for the Middletown Grange Fair, which supports programs for rural communities on the local, state and national level.”
