Cummins QSF3.8 engine, with horsepower ratings from 85 to 132, meets EPA Tier 4-Final regulations with a minimum of exhaust aftertreatment.

Three John Deere Power Systems models—the PowerTech PWX 4.5L and PVX 4.5L engines, and the PowerTech PVX 6.8L model below 174 horsepower— are now certified as compliant with U.S. EPA emissions regulations.
Thanks to development worth about $122 million, JCB’s Ecomax diesels won’t need a DPF to meet Tier 4 Interim limits.
