Cummins SCR Tanks

Cummins Emission Solutions, a subsidiary of Cummins Inc., now offers its EcoFit urea tanks and lines to the North American construction market, providing customers, says the company, "the added convenience and increased integration benefits of a fully packaged after-treatment system for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology." The EcoFit product lineup provides a range of urea tanks in capacities of 5, 10, 15, or 30 gallons and with header-unit assemblies containing intelligence for monitoring and maintaining accurate urea level, temperature, and urea quality. In addition, the product range includes a wide range of urea lines to meet installation needs for many applications and engine platforms. A key component of EcoFit tanks is the specialized urea-quality sensor, designed to detect and monitor the correct urea liquid composition, allowing the system to function at peak performance. Built-in filtration capabilities improve the system’s reliability, says Cummins, capturing any foreign debris that may enter the urea holding chamber. A range of electrically heated pressure, suction, and throttle line lengths is available.
