 Crawler Dozers

Crawler dozers are powerful tracked machines that use a variety of front mounted blades to move material. Large dozers often do pioneering work, such as moving dirt in preparation for new roadways or removing overburden in mining applications. Smaller machines often are used as grading tractors, sometimes using automated grade controls to precisely establish complex contours.

Cat Grade Control 3D is now available on the D3K2, D4K2, and D5K2 crawler dozers.

The Cat D3K2 Mulcher combines the foundation of the D3K2 dozer with the Cat HM518 mulcher to take on a mix of small-to-medium-diameter material in a wide range of applications, including right-of-way construction/maintenance, site development, tree management, and fire-break clearing.

The PR 776 is the company’s first dozer in the 77.2-ton category and has a hydrostatic drive.

The 264-horsepower D85i-18 crawler dozer, available in EX and PX configurations, includes the company intelligent machine control system.

The D39-24 dozer has been updated to Tier 4-Final with a 105-horsepower Komatsu SAAD95E-7 engine
