Coastal Training Technologies has released Roadway Worker Safety: In the Zone, its latest program on road construction safety.
The program identifies crucial roadwork hazards, from falls, excavation and trenching to electrocution, equipment mishaps and runovers. The program outlines specific safety preventive measures for each, including PPE, Traffic Control Pattern Awareness, and night-work operations. It also offers practical tips on flagging, MSDS use and general safety procedures.
The program is produced by Coastal Training Technologies, an industry leader and publisher of training resources on safety, skills, health and human resources. The 24-minute program is available on DVD and VHS.
