Centrally Mounted Drum for Precise Cuts

Bomag's new BM 1000/30 and BM 1300/30cold-milling machines use a centrally mounted cutting drum designed to cut precisely next to curbs and walls, while also eliminating the need to move the right rear track away from the cut line. Both powered by a 275-hp Caterpillar engine, the machines also are equipped with an "over-the-cut" operator's station and a slide-out seat for enhanced visibility to the drum's leading edge and the cut line.
