Caterpillar H140Es, H160Es, H180Es Breakers

Three new hydraulic breakers have been added to Caterpillar’s E Series line: H140Es, H160Es and H180Es. The three hammers can be used on Cat excavators ranging from the 324E to the 374D L. The energy classes of the H140Es, H160Es and H18Es are 6,000, 8,500 and 12,000 lb.-ft., respectively. E Series breakers have a symmetrical housing design that allows rotating the housing 180 degrees to compensate for wear. Breaker settings are preprogrammed in Cat excavator tool control systems for easy set up, and oil flow and pressure are fully adjustable in the program.
