The new Alpha Series from Case includes nine skid steers and three compact track loaders. Case engines range from 46 to 90 horsepower. Rated operating capacities for skid steers range from 1,300-3,000 pounds. Compact-track loader operating capacities are between 2,700 and 3,800 pounds. Both radial-lift and vertical-lift models are available. Offering the widest cabs in the industry, Case claims improvements in visibility, operator comfort, climate management and operator controls. Larger fuel tanks and increased fuel efficiency allow operators to work 8 to 10 hours without refueling. In addition, a new Power Stance chassis has a longer wheelbase for added stability; front/rear weight distribution is 30/70. The machines offer easy access to filters and engine fluids, and regular maintenance points are grouped in one area.
Case Construction Equipment has introduced the CX75C SR and CX80C, Tier 4-Final mid-size crawler excavators.
