Case unveiled its 400 Series 3 skid-steer loaders at World of Concrete with power and torque increases throughout the Tier-3 certified engines. Net horsepower ranges from 57 to 83, with an ISM diesel in the 410 and Case diesels in models 420, 430, 435, 440, 445, 450 and 465. A 7-percent increase in headroom is accompanied by standard suspension seat. Exclusive side lighting improves the turning view after dark.

Wide-fin side-by-side radiator and oil cooler improves cooling maintenance. The 1,125-cold-cranking-amp battery is 32 percent more powerful than previous standard equipment, and glow plugs on the 410 or a grid heater on other models are standard.
