Case CX80 excavator

Sept. 28, 2010

According to Case, the CX80 excavator combines the power of a full-size machine with the maneuverability of a compact. Its center-swing boom allows flexibility to dig directly next to walls, buildings or other fixed objects, and can be positioned anywhere within a 130-degree arc. Two arm lengths are offered—5 feet 7 inches for maximum lift capacity and 6 feet 11 inches for longer-reach jobs. The unit is powered by a 52-net-hp engine, and it has a tight swing radius of 5 feet 4 inches.
