Bomag BW100AD-4 Roller Upgraded to T4-I

July 25, 2013

Upgraded with a Tier 4-Interim, 32.6-horsepower Kubota engine, the BW100AD-4 tandem vibratory roller has a Smart Drive steering wheel. The wheel is smaller, which gives the operator a clear view of all indicator controls, the company say. A laterally sliding seat allows a better view of the drums. The compactor delivers up to 8,350 pounds centrifugal force per drum and a maximum frequency of 4,200 vpm. The rear drum can be offset by 1.6 inches in either direction.
