Allied Introduces New Small-Breaker Range

Oct. 4, 2012

Allied Construction Products has three all-new Sandvik Small Range breakers—BR555, BR777 and BR999—all of which are designed without tie rods and incorporate the manufacturer’s Constant Blow Energy-plus operating system. An integrated one-piece tool-bushing design includes the thrust ring, upper bushing, lower bushing, and dust seal, thus requiring fewer parts and being capable of field replaceable.

An integrated one-piece tool-bushing design includes the thrust ring, upper bushing, lower bushing, and dust seal, thus requiring fewer parts and being capable of field replaceable. The box-type housing incorporates dampening material that reduces noise and vibration, while protecting the power cell, and the dual accumulator is designed to deliver maximum power with reduced pulsation in hydraulic lines. Installation of the all-new Small Range breakers, says Allied, is made easier by the use of a swivel-type, hose-connecting block, which can be flipped to meet left or right hand hose connections. The new breakers fit carriers with operating weights between 7,500 and 27,600 pounds.
