Nominations have opened for the AEMP Technician of the Year Award.

The award recognizes and celebrates the excellence of heavy equipment technicians, highlighting their contributions to the industry and addressing the ongoing technician shortage. It not only honors outstanding technicians but also elevates their careers and brings awareness to the vital role they play in the industry.

Last year's winner was Paul Kelly Smith II.

Nominations will remain so until July. Winners will be announced in October at AEMP's 2024 EquipmentSHIFT conference Oct. 16-18 in Nashville, Tennessee. Learn more at AEMP's website.
